Donations

Donations are an important source of funding that helps us keep the Cape Forchu Lighthouse well maintained and operational. The FOYL wish to thank the many people visiting Cape Forchu who have helped support our historic site by putting a little something in one of our donation boxes.

Memorial Donations

A memorial donation is a beautiful way to remember a loved one while at the same time helping others. Every year we are fortunate to receive many such donations, enabling the lightstation to operate and open its doors to everyone. Memorial donations are a wonderful way to remember loved ones through offerings made in their names.

Memory Gardens

Memory Gardens provide a peaceful setting for remembrance. Here, family and loved ones can come together to remember and find strength. For $100, the Friends of the Yarmouth Light Society will plant "Ice Plants" and provide a plaque in one of the gardens on the site for one summer. 

Memorial Cards

Memorial cards featuring the lighstation are available at local funeral homes.

Memorial Benches

Purchase a two-seat bench to be placed on the grounds during the summer months with an "In Memory" plaque attached for your loved one. The cost for a bench is $350, and renewal is every 5 years.
